So guys, what’s the downfall in buying lots and lots and lots of cheap CDs and candy?
The $133.50 it costs to send it home.
Anyway after I went to the post office I went to Matsuya to have lunch. While I was eating Kasumi messaged me and told me that she wanted to meet, so we arranged to see each other in Shinjuku. I ran up to Shinjuku to be on time, but Kasumi was the one late. -.-” We walked over to the Saizeriya in Nishi-Shinjuku and had dessert and drink refills, before leaving Saizeriya to return to my apartment where Nagisa was going to meet us.
While we were walking back to Nakano-Sakaue, we happened to pass the neighbourhood I was at in January-February and so I decided we would go to the apartment and check it out. When we arrived, I remembered there was a rooftop so I took Kasumi up there, hoping the lock was still not working (hey, it’s only been 4 months since I left there – worth a shot). Amazingly, the lock was still dead – but the landlord had tied up the doorhandle to something else, therefore making it impossible to open the door without cutting the string. Neither of us had scissors or a knife (cos we’re not gangster…) so I took out my lighter and burned the string – yay for MacGuyver instinct 😉 And so that’s how we found ourselves on the rooftop of my old apartment, taking some new photos of the view 🙂
Oh – we made it a point to wave to the camera while going down in the lift. =9
So after this we walked over to Honcho/Honmachi (wherever it is that I live -.-“) and slumped down after entering the apartment. I turned on Gokusen and Kasumi went to the bathroom – exclaiming that it was the same size as the airplane bathroom. Although that’s REALLY TIGHT I can’t help but agree right?
Soon after, Nagisa arrived at Nakano-Sakaue and trying to tell her directions was seeming really futile – so I ran out down the road to meet her halfway. Took her home, where Kasumi was waiting – to show her the “airplane toilet”. -.-“”
Kasumi had to go home soon after, so we took some photos and just sat around catching up. When it came time to go, I tried to give Kasumi decent directions, and she went home.
Nagisa and I just bummed around being lazy. We ate some chocolate croissant thingos that she brought me and watched some TV – Smap x Smap and the Gokusen 3 reruns I had. We had planned to go out to get food in Shinjuku before Nagisa went home, but then we got way too lazy.
Rik: Hey, how about delivery? I’ve always wanted to get delivery done here.
Nagisa: OMG PERFECT. Done and done. I’ll call Pizza-La then.
Rik: Pizza LA?
So thirty minutes and forty-five or so dollars later, the pizzas came. They were fresh and of mad quality – and the flavors are varied. We ordered 2 half-n-half pizzas thus 4 flavors. Things like melted cream cheese, or shrimp and QP mayo… and the quality was better than Shakeys, in my opinion. Just the pricing is insane.
Anyway, after the pizza I was a little worried that if Nagisa took the train to Shinjuku she might miss the last train on her line, so we hopped into a taxi instead, opting to split the taxi fare. I let Nagisa go home and I walked over to the Marunouchi Line station and took my train home.
By the way guys, sorry this post is so late. By the time you guys read this one, I’m already in Osaka. So I’ll blog about the missing two days later on tonight. 🙂
Hate to be the one to break it to ya buddy, nothing is better than Shakey’s.
