It was a fairly quiet night.

After running out in a rush, I got to Shinjuku at about 7pm exactly and luckily for me, Emi and her friend had arrived. We started off by going over to Lumine 1 (a department store) as her friend wanted to find a lunchbox.

After that, we had issues deciding what to eat. We ended up going to Shakey’s Pizza for the tabehodai (or all-you-can-eat pizza). The price had gone up to around AU$23, so we decided not to do the buffet but rather go for the dinner 3-course meal which was around AU$18. We ate and chatted about random stuff, just caught up; it was good to see Emi again too 🙂

Coincidentally, the two waitresses who served us went to Suginami Sogo High (Emi’s school, the one I attended for 2 weeks in 2005). Hope to see everyone again soon!

(Told you it was a quiet night.)
